Refunds & Returns
Um’Licious Me uses packaging that ensures our products will arrive in good condition. Should you receive any damage to your order from Um’Licious Me during shipping, please contact our Customer Service using the form on our Contact Us page. In your message, provide the reason for your return. We will then issue you return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to you to begin processing your return.
Please Note: You must contact us within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns without an RMA number. We also do not refund or cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless it is due to an error by our company.
To receive full credit or an exchange, all returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Same for exchanges, otherwise additional charges will apply, or refunds forfeited.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that orders are entered with the correct address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
