FAQ
Why are your teas so expensive?
Our teas are made from whole and cut tea leaves, herbs, spices and fruit. This way you will get the full essence and benefits of the teas you drink, as opposed to ingredients that are ground and supplemented with fillers to keep costs down.
Keep this in mind: Our teas a packaged by weight. Therefore, any tea that is primarily made up of leaves and florals, will weight considerably less that any tea blend that have roots, spices and fruit. However, you should get more than one good steep for the latter variety.
What is your processing time?
Your order will be processed within 2-business days of it being placed, except on holidays.
What shipping company do you use?
We mostly use USPS, or commercial affiliate, if USPS does not deliver to your address. We do not provide expedited shipping, only economy ground shipping to keep cost down for our customers.
How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping price is a flat rate per order. Free shipping is offered on all orders of $60 and above.
What is the best way to store my coffee or tea?
We pack our teas and coffee in resealable zipper and high barrier pouches. The 2Lb bags of coffee comes with a fold-over bag that can be clipped. The best way to store the coffee and tea is to place it in a spot, without direct contact with the sun, hot temperatures, humidity, and strong smells. Room temperature is fine.
For best results, store the product in it original container, on its own, in between uses.
For matcha, we recommend rolling the bag shut and storing it inside the can.
