I love to grill meat. And love to eat meat more, to my own detriment. But I was messing around in my kitchen, and with a little trial and error, this is what I have to share. Used it on chicken, beef and seafood, and it's a keeper.

Um’Licious Me™ Coffee Rub
- ½ Cup Ground Coffee (Um’Licious Me™ Maple Praline Coffee Used in this Recipe)
- ½ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Ground Kashmiri Pepper
- ¼ Cup Chili Pepper Threads (Broken into smaller Pieces)
- 21/2 TBSP Salt
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- 11/2 TBSP Ground Coriander
(Enough for 4 – 6 Steaks. Great on Chicken and Seafood, as well.)
****If you have low tolerance for spiciness, reduce the amount pepper. ****
